Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Controller Assistant located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Will be responsible for financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgets and forecasts in line with corporate policies and processes and legislative requirements in order to ensure financial reporting analysis and forecasts support business strategy and decisions.What a typical day looks like:- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports.- Prepare receivables report as required.- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for local management.- Prepare weekly/month-end reports for leadership team.- Prepare financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.- Assist with managing the Accounting department.- Will coach other teams in new processes.Experience we are looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s degree.- Intermediate/Advanced English.- Solid experience in Accounting and Finance.- Excel knowledge.- Advanced Excel.- Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle.
