Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cost Accountant located in Guadalajara Norte.Reporting to the Controller Assistant, the Cost Accountant’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Reconcile trial balance accounts within individual’s responsibility.- Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation.- Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy.- Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.- P&L Analysis, review expenses alignment according to the organization projection.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Advanced English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.- Develop forecast for areas within responsibility interfacing with individuals outside of cost accounting.- Establish objectives and implement appropriate processes in line with established financial practices.- Ensure budget, schedules and performance requirements are met.- Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceEM57Job CategoryFinance**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
