Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**:Is responsible for the mold handling, maintenance and repairing, maximize the tooling live for satisfice the customer demand.Manage the relationship between production, engineering and mold storage.**Responsibilities**- Manage molds inventory for the different cells.- Meet production requirements- Release and validation for the tooling required for the machines- Meet the PM schedule for molds- Manage the change over the different machines- Meet with the cleaning schedule for molds in the machine as needed- Supervise the warehouse team members and work in continuous improvement with HPT methodology- Train/develop the mold repairs operators- Coordinate mold movements between the OES plants- Keep and improve KPIS of Safety, LISC and Inventory for the site and Divisional.- Inventory management**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Organized- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Analytical- Ability to handle conflicts.
