In this role, you’ll focus on reconciling bank platforms, preparing payment orders, and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives—communicating primarily in writing—to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, international environment.Job ResponsibilitiesBank Reconciliation & Payment Execution- Analyze and reconcile open items in SAP related to GVCC bank platforms- Execute payments via SAP and JIRA, including credit line consumption- Review aged open items and ensure accurate financial postingsIssue Resolution & Communication- Communicate with bank representatives to resolve file errors, mismatches, or missing data- Support chargeback-related tasks when needed- Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-upAudit & Compliance Support- Assist with internal and external audits- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesProcess Optimization- Identify and suggest improvements to reconciliation and payment processes- Ensure data accuracy across systems including SAP, Tableau, and external bank platforms**Required Skills**:- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills- Good written communication in English (conversational level)- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset- Intermediate Excel and SAP skills- Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plusRequired Qualifications and Experience- Background in accounting or finance- Experience in management accounting or financial operations- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple prioritiesIf you’re a finance professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across teams—we’d love to hear from you.
