Come make history with Amazon’s Legal Department.We are looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon’s rapidly growing Mexico Operations business, including our procurement, health & safety, and customer service teams. We are currently looking for someone with a flexible attitude and great organizational skills.Key job responsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include negotiation and documentation of a variety of third-party contractual relationships, including master services agreements, amendments, work orders, NDAs and RFPs; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; identifying and implementing process improvements; developing internal policies and procedures and providing training to the business; and working with internal business clients, other teams, and outside counsel.Additional responsibilities will include maintaining customer contract files, training, review and developing internal policies and procedures.- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and work independently- Strong analytical and computer skills- In-house experience is a plus
