We are seeking a highly qualified **Legal Assistant** (on site) to manage and coordinate subscription documentation related to investments in private partnerships, such as private equity or hedge funds. This role requires strong expertise in investment documentation and a high level of accuracy to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare, review, and manage subscription documentation for investments in private partnerships.- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure all required documentation is complete and complies with applicable regulations.- Act as a liaison between clients, fund managers, and legal advisors to resolve inquiries or discrepancies related to documentation.- Stay up to date on financial, legal, and compliance regulations related to the U.S. investment industry.- Manage strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Previous experience in investment documentation, fund administration, or as a legal assistant in a law firm.- Strong knowledge of U.S. private equity funds, hedge funds, and private partnerships.- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.**Preferred**:- Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a U.S.based law firm.- Familiarity with U.S. fund administration systems and platforms.**We Offer**:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Benefits superior to those required by law.Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- The job is 100% on-site.
