**Paralegal / Legal Assistant - Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Department**:- Guadalajara, Mexico_ | _On-site_ | _Full-time_**About Us**Miller & Miller is a widely respected consumer bankruptcy law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with operations in Guadalajara, Mexico. Our firm is dedicated to helping clients navigate financial challenges with compassion, professionalism, and expert legal guidance. We are growing and looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and driven Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our Chapter 13 bankruptcy department.**What We’re Looking For****Key Responsibilities**- Respond to and object to Motions for Relief and Motions to Dismiss- Draft and amend Chapter 13 plans- Oversee the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program process- Conduct daily ECF review and prepare related filings- Process car purchase requests and student loan requests through Chapter 13 bankruptcy- Assist with doomsday plan and amendment deadlines**Qualifications**- Required:_- Customer service experience- Paralegal experience- Bankruptcy knowledge- Bilingual: Advanced English & Spanish- Preferred:_- Legal drafting experience- Paralegal certificate- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree**Why Join Us**- Be part of a collaborative, respected legal team making a real difference in clients’ lives- Stable, full-time position with growth opportunities- Competitive salary and benefits package**Required Documents to Apply**- RFC- Constancia de Situación Fiscal 2025 (Régimen de Sueldos y Salarios y Asimilados a Salarios)- CURP- NSS (IMSS)- Valid ID- Proof of AddressPay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you available to start working full-time?- ¿Hablas inglés?- Do you have experience in customer service by phone?Work Location: In person
