They should be able to explain in detail about the below requirement.**The opportunity**:- Analyze and understand business processes in discrete manufacturing- Gather and document requirements for MES solutions by working with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and engineering- MES integrations with SAP for part master, Engineering change note, inventory- MES integrations with inventory management systems- Customize MES workflows and screens as per plant operations using scripting or configuration tools- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance with industry standards- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance post-deployment- Document solution designs, configurations, and user manualsThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- How analytics and reporting requirements are handled- Understanding of MTR, OEE etc- How AI works in shopfloor, e.g predictive quality- Knowledge of UI and analytics tools- Knowledge of Big data- Knowledge of parts and inventory movement from supplier to warehouse to point of consumptions at shop floor (various material flows, DOL, NDOL, Kitting, 2Bin)- Process understanding from ordering to planning to shopfloor scheduling and capturing traceability at line- Knowledge on quality checklist handling, warranty feedbacks handling in MES**Benefits**Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
