**My Role**:- Develop and optimize manufacturing functional tests (electrical)- Develop statement of work (SOW) for test and programming processes/equipment- Support kick-off meetings and MSD workshops with/in the PML for the assigned project- Enforce proper requirements management for the assigned test process- Facilitate test coverage analysis process, ensuring adequate test coverage for the assigned test process, request design changes in case test coverage issues in early design phase- Utilize 6-Sigma for Test Statistical Analysis Methods to optimize CPK performance of parametric electrical tests- Track needed test equipment/tools, ensure availability of needed material for all equipment/tool development- Perform test equipment buy-off at suppliers, drive capability studies, strain measurement, create list of key parameters to be transferred to quality plan- Work out proper documentation of the assigned test process, respect the APTIV processes and procedures accordingly- Provide equipment training to PML test engineers, latest after PV- Participate in escalation meetings on program management level on demand- Support Global Test Site team for agreed/defined tasks for post series test processes**My Background**:- Bachelor degree or similar with technical education- Proficient software development skills in one or more of the following software languages: National Instruments LabView, NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++, C- Knowledge in SSFT and statistical methods- Good problem solving capability- Ability to work and live a global network environment- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive work style- Business fluent English**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where everyone can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
