Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their operations, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve long-term, sustainable growth. **Experience in contracting service industries—particularly janitorial companies—is a significant advantage, as is a high level of organization as an operations professional.****Key Responsibilities**:- Provide expert consulting services to clients, focusing on CRM implementation and optimization.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions.- Manage and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful execution.- Work toward achieving revenue milestones and contribute to the company’s growth.- Act as a key decision-maker in the business, playing a crucial role in strategic planning and development.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in an agency, consulting, or business management role.- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly HighLevel.- **Highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional**, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.- Experience working directly with clients and building long-term relationships.- **Experience in contracting service industries, particularly janitorial services, is highly preferred.**:- Highly coachable, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.**Compensation**:- Competitive base pay, with the opportunity to earn equity.- Equity compensation tied to achieving specific revenue milestones, aligned with our goal of long-term growth and success.Pay: $10,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
