Brand Ambassador

Tequila Los Abuelos SA de CV is seeking a Brand Ambassador based out of Guadalajara, Mexico. Pay will depend on experience.Tequila Los Abuelos is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to expand our presence and build strong industry relationships. This role is based out of Guadalajara, Mexico, and requires travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel to the USA, Europe and Asia. This position will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.**Key Responsibilities****Sales & Account Development**- Visit accounts (Bars, Restaurants and distributors) regularly to maintain relationships, introduce Fortaleza, and drive sales.- Train distribution sales reps to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to promote our brand effectively.- Present to distributors and key industry stakeholders (Owners, managers, servers and bartenders), securing new opportunities and strengthening partnerships.**Marketing & Events**- Plan, execute, and report on events such as tastings, in-store demos, restaurant, Pre shift industry and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.- Develop connections within the industry, expanding Fortaleza’s network of influential accounts, bartenders, and key decision-makers.- Organize and manage events in partnership with accounts and distributors.**Operations & Reporting**- Maintain accurate records of account activity and sales progress via weekly reports.- Submit event planning forms, expense reports, and weekly progress updates.- Work closely with distribution partners to develop and implement regional growth strategies.- Travel frequently between territories, with occasional international travel to the EU.**Qualifications & Skills**- Based in Guadalajara, Mexico with the ability to work independently from home and on the road, workload 50% travel.- Strong communication and presentation skills - able to engage audiences and build lasting relationships.- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal driven.- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent time management and diligence.- Bachelor’s degree required.- Experience with CRM and MS Office is a plus.- Required languages fluent and written English and Spanish.- Flexible Hours (Not a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ).**How to Apply**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistenciaTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- RotativoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 75 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: On the roadFecha de inicio prevista: 21/03/2025
