We already have Mexico-based team members who are mostly co-located in Guadalajara. Compensation includes salary, equity in the form of RSUs, and other benefits specific to Mexico-based employees.Our headquarters is in the San Francisco Bay Area (United States), with teams in Mexico, Canada, Germany, France, and other countries.**In this role, you will**:- Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations- Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents- Utilize Greenhouse's customer relationship management (CRM) system to set up prospect pools and prospect posts- Utilize Greenhouse's applicant tracking system (ATS) to set up hiring projects and complete interview-related requests- Utilize SoundHound's online evaluation tool, Coderpad.io, and other third-party tools to complete interview-related requests- Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements**We would love to hear from you if**:- You have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working as a talent acquisition or recruiting coordinator- You have "full professional" or native/bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English- You are proficient in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse- You have experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zones- You have experience handling sensitive and confidential information- You can maintain a high work rate while not sacrificing quality and accuracy- You have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on trackWe'd be especially excited if you have experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.SoundHound AI strives to be a values-driven company that is supportive of one another, open and honest, undaunted by challenges, nimble and focused, and determined to excel and win.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are key to who we are as a company.
