Remote Portfolio Manager – HOA (10–50 Unit Communities) Part-Time | Remote | HOA Experience Required 3 Year Minimum HOA Management Experience About Us We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized associations (10–50 units each). This role requires strong HOA knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage daily community operations. You will take full responsibility for the communities you oversee, with the support of our local operations and maintenance team, who handle on-site needs such as inspections, maintenance visits, vendor meets, and emergency response. We are a fast-growing management company currently overseeing 250+ properties , and we are looking for leaders excited to help us scale to 1,000 properties by 2028 . This role is a key part of that growth. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the HOA communities you manage, ensuring all operations, communication, compliance, and maintenance tasks are completed professionally and on time Lead and oversee all CAPEX projects (scope, quotes, scheduling, vendor oversight, completion) Fully manage all common area and exterior maintenance, including routine services, repairs, and emergency scheduling Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with state laws and all governing documents Serve as the primary point of contact for all homeowners and Board members Handle all email and phone communication promptly and professionally Handle and enforce violations, issue notices, and follow all association enforcement procedures Obtain quotes and coordinate vendors (landscaping, snow removal, pest control, cleaning, etc.) Maintain financial files, submit invoices, and pay utilities/insurance as needed Monitor monthly financial reports and compare actuals to budget Oversee dues collections and resolve homeowner account inquiries Manage all Board communication, approvals, and meeting coordination Track and maintain all vendor contracts, service agreements, and annual renewals Collaborate with our local operations and maintenance team for inspections, on-site needs, and project support Contribute to our long-term mission of scaling from 250 to 1,000 properties by 2028, driving excellence and consistency across your portfolio
