**Must have a C2 level of English Fluency**We are seeking to grow our team with an Operations Program Manager, who will integrate at multiple points with our service that supports program leadership of Microsoft’s Americas SMB Vendor Telesales group. The role involves taking ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions and helping us build the most efficient and scalable operation in alignment with Microsoft’s growth strategy for the coming fiscal year. Keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work with data to derive insight and drive process enhancement and change will be key.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team with a combined group of Inviso veterans as well as new team members, growing your skills and capabilities alongside this exciting new area of the business**Required Experience**:- 4+ years’ experience in Program Management/Operations- **Native English language or C2 level with strong written and verbal communication skills**:- Data analysis skills, particularly via Excel - basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not required- Self-direction and a focus on quality, sense of urgency & ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact- Proactiveness and commitment to meet deadlines- Effective communication and strong attention to detail**Additional Desirable Experience**:- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner, but familiarity with Microsoft’s corporate culture and field organizations is a strong differentiator)- Experience in communications and/or marketing- Experience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystem- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure cloud services and offerings, and/or with Microsoft’s Modern Workplace & Security offerings**Benefits**:Inviso is focused on creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported.
