**Overview**The Inside and Territory Sales Rep will serve as the first in-depth point of contact to prospective customers. They will call on new prospects, identify relevant contacts and develop business relationships. They will provide detailed product knowledge and information to prospects and partner with senior sales team to achieve new booked business quotasThe Inside and Territory Sales Rep should demonstrate solution-selling and relationship building skills.S/he will interface with sales, marketing, product, and operations.**Location**- Mexico City Office**Scope**- Global**Education**Minimum required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Bachelor’s degree**Span of Control**:Reports to: VP of Territory and Inside SalesOversight: This position has no direct reports**Roles/ Responsibilities**- Facilitate the acquisition of Customers- Qualify new opportunities- Scope project work- Negotiate pricing- Close deals in a timely manner- Adhere to operational KPI’s (Calls, Sets, Activities and Tasks)- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) passed to Sales from Marketing- Salesforce Adoption and Maintenance- Key Liaison on assigned territory set up with internal stakeholders- Onyx profile building in market activities**Qualifications****Minimum required**:- Has a working knowledge and understanding of the Mexico and Latin American travel market- Ability to handle high outbound call volume with a corresponding high talk time- Fluent in English and Spanish**Preferred**:- Sales experience- Professional level of Portuguese is a plus**Teamwork/Leadership/interpersonal Skills**:- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but also able to operate and excel in a team environment- Excel at developing relationships over the phone- Must be articulate, organized, proactive, creative and detail oriented- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity- Initiative- Relationship building**Organizational Interlocks**- Marketing, account management, product development and other commercial departments**Physical Demands/**Travel required**Work associated with this position is a mix of office based and in client environments as relevant.Travel for this position is around 20%This position is hybrid - in office and remote.
