**Work Mode**: On-Site**Main Activities**:- Monitor compliance with the daily production schedule.- Monitor quality and each daily process.- Plan and strategize product fulfillment based on the MPS (Master Production Schedule).- Monitor critical process parameters.- Monitor and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.- Weekly quality report for corporate indicator meetings.- Ensure and train on each work procedure.- Implement increasingly effective controls that impact productivity and quality improvement.- Implement at least 4 continuous improvement events per year in the area for presentation of plant savings projects.- Workload planning according to the MPS.**Job Requirements**:- Education: Industrial Engineering or related field.- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the ceramics industry.- Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, assertive communication, knowledge of personnel management, problem-solving and decision-making, PC skills, intermediate English, experience in ceramics.**Why Choose Kohler?**We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
