Tasks**'- Soporte para los HR BP y HR Location Head en**:- Garantiza procesos efectivos de recursos humanos al colaborar con operaciones- Garantiza la precisión de los datos de los empleados- Asegura la disponibilidad de datos y la calidad de los registros relacionados con la auditoría / cumplimiento en relaciones laborales y servicios- Responsable de la coordinación de los servicios generales locales a los empleados (transporte, comedor, etc.)- Ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento de personal operativo y técnico.- Responsable de administrar la herramienta de Atracion de talento- Aplicar entrevistas y evaluaciones durante el proceso de selección de personal operativo y técnico- Ejecutar el proceso de promociones internas para personal directo**Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree- Talent acquisition (Direct employees)- Advanced English- Conflict management- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills- HR KPIs- 3 years of experience in similar position- Previous experience in services management is required.
