**HR Services Specialist I**:

As a core member of the HR services team, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.

**This position reports to**:
HR Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Elaboration of high, low and SGMM (Life Insurance).
- Food and restaurant vouchers.
- Management of contributions to the savings account and savings fund.
- Provide advice to employees on benefits.
- Purchase order requests.
- Renewal and new suppliers.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Economy and Administration.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources and 1 year in Compensation/Benefits.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and SAP intermediate.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
