**THREE Consultoría Medioambiental** está buscando personas con experiência en Recursos Humanos, para la posición de JR HR Generalist que quiera unirse al equipo de THREE.El objetivo de esta posición es gestionar el desarrollo continuo del equipo de THREE, facilitando los procesos de eficiencia dentro del día a día y evaluar, promover y mejorar la cultura laboral dentro de la empresa.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Elaboración y ejecución del Capacitación y Desarrollo de personal.- Reclutamiento y selección de personal.- Promover la cultura de comunicación de la empresa.- Conocimiento de modelos de Agilidad SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, etc (deseable)- Realizar proceso de Onboarding a nuevos integrantes.- Licenciado en Administración; Psicología; Recursos Humanos a fin.- Al menos dos años en posiciones de recursos humanos, o experiência equivalente.- Habilidades avanzadas en uso de herramientas Microsoft Office.- Inglés Intermedio.- Alta energía y entusiasmo, búsqueda constante de la mejora continua del equipo de trabajo.
