We thrive together as a global team, embracing our diverse backgrounds to make a positive impact on the world.Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGEESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Operations**:Assess, plan, establish, organize, direct, control, and coordinate reliability lab activities, test capabilities, and capacitiesManage all Reliability and failure analysis (FA) Lab operationsEnsure equipment preventive maintenance is performed - as scheduledEnsure equipment calibration is performed with daily calibration, uniformity, MSA, temperature and humidity profile monitoringResponsible to coordinate and schedule loading plans with regular feedback to internal customersInitiate purchase requests (PR) and orders (PO) for all spares and tools as neededResponsible for maintaining all records and traceability for Reliability or FA requests - sample handling, storage retention, disposition and data archiving.Maintain weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPI, dashboard), such as failure rates, on-time delivery, tool incidences and othersThorough planning and management of lab supplies, consumables, and spare parts.Weekly update to management on lab operation status.Define and drive a continuous improvement plan for the LabComplies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulationsPerforms other duties may be assigned**Supervision**:Lead and guide Technicians, Interns, Junior Engineers and Operators to assigned tasksDefine Roles & Responsibilities for the operational teamProvide guidelines for each testing procedure, work instructions and equipment maintenanceDevelop and provide training plans for new hires, refresher and cross training as applicableCompliance and RegulationsAssure system and documentation are updatedWork on continuous updates for identified risks (HIRAC)Install and sustain 5S according to site guidelines and automation supportResponsible for updating and maintaining all standard operating procedures (SOP) pertaining to Reliability or FA Lab operationsEnsure testing is done correctly and in accordance to defined procedures**Engineering**:Provide guidance to requestors on sampling plans and strategy for engineering changesSupport for Reliability and FA test reportsOut of Control Action Plan (OCAP) performance monitoring and updatesIdentify test improvement opportunitiesRepresent the Reliability Lab during System Audits & Process auditsSupport on new tool qualification and setupAlign with other Labs at Maxeon to streamline established processesParticipate in SPS and Kaizen activities as neededParticipate in Reliability Team meetings across other sites for alignmentSupport new reliability testing developments and provide ideas/suggestions when applicableMonitor all operational costs within approved budgets and work on cost reduction opportunitiesEnsure that project milestones and deliverables are met**Related Experience & Educational Requirements**:
