Business Title: Senior Talent Search RecruiterDepartment: Talent SearchGrade: 140**Job Overview**Lead Talent Search role with increased responsibilities and strategic impact.**Responsibilities**- Lead Intake Calls: Conduct intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.- Develop Recruiting Plans: Create and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing needs of assigned business units or departments.- Create Job Postings: Draft, publish, and optimize job postings to effectively advertise open positions.- Support Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly in relation to applicant tracking.- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data to track sourcing success, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum impact.- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior Talent Search recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and ensure consistent high performance across the team.**Education, skills, and experience**- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.- Previous experience in a Talent Search, or Recruiter role is essential.- Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.- Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in talent acquisition trends.- Demonstrates awareness and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds.- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in using Boolean searches.- Strong problem-solving abilities.- Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
