Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Engineer located at the Tijuana Campus.Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Automation Engineer is responsible for solutions for production lines in the medical sector, as well as having a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.What a typical day looks like:- Design and develop automation systems for production lines in the medical field.- Utilize SolidWorks and other 3D design software to create detailed models and simulations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve production efficiency.- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new automation projects.- Implement and troubleshoot automation processes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on automated systems.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS in engineering or a related field.- Mid experience in a similar position.- Fluent English.- Proven experience in designing automated systems and robots.- Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D design.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in manufacturing, focus on the medical industry.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- Life Insurance.KJ12Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
