You’ll be responsible for Partner with L&D Specialists to develop Learning solutions and experiences that support and enable our business objectives and generate L&D materials, ensure high quality standards and deliverables according to project timelines and objectivesIn addition to these activities, you will conduct continuous analysis of existing tools, new technologies and improvement opportunities, work and collaborate with external vendors when required and participate in management of team’s software, technology licenses and platformsA Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Develop Learning solutions and experiences**: Work closely with Specialists, L&D and Specialist, Learning Production to develop Learning solutions and experiences that support and enable our business objectives Develop L&D Solutions: Develop end-to-end L&D solutions and experiences (both web based and instructor led) through effective planning, corporate training principles, content design and communication, this includes production of: e-learnings, in-person sessions, videos, animations, branding, job aids and guides, online resources, learning paths, etc. Timelines & Quelity Checks : Adhere to tight project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are submitted on time and perform quality checks to ensure work is free of errors Vendors Coordination: Coordinate vendors when needed (production and comms agencies, translations) - brief, production guidance and feedback, employer brand guidelines, review work to ensure quality of deliverables, manage administrative guidelines, purchase orders and payment process. Continuous analysis: Perform continuous analysis of existing tools, software, new technologies and identify improvement opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone WithBachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, instructional design/technology, digital animation/production or a closely related field and +1.5 years of overall experience Advanced Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Video production: After Effects, E-learning production: Articulate, Storyline, Rise, Audio: Audition,Strong MS Office Power Point Ability to take a balanced short and long-term holistic view when producing L&D solutions and experiences. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment—both independently and collaboratively Collaboration skills: integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of the function, business units, and external vendors. Knowledge of e-learning standards and production (e.g. SCORM), graphics, branding, video and audio, to be able to generate L&D materials (both web based and instructor led).
