Our commitment to innovation has paved the way for us to deliver top-tier pump solutions to our clientele worldwide.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Generate and analyze AR reports to identify outstanding accounts, discrepancies, and trends.- Engage with clients to address and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files, including detailed transaction records.- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to streamline processes and enhance customer communication.- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.- Perform periodic financial audits related to receivables.- Assist in month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as required.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.- Proficient in using ERP systems, preferably Epicor.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
