**Location**: Mexico City (Polanco)**Reports to**: LA Director**Team**: 2 direct reports (HR Assistant and Reception/Facilities)**Job Overview**:The HR Manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing all HR activities and operations within the company in México. Responsible for supervising a small team, ensuring smooth HR processes, and continuously improving the organizational climate.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Payroll**: Review payroll with the external provider to ensure accuracy and timely payments for all employees.- **Employee Travel**: Coordinate travel arrangements for technicians and sales representatives.- **HR Processes**: Oversee and improve current HR processes to ensure they are efficient and aligned with the company’s objectives.- **Employee Incidents**: Track and follow up on employee incidents, addressing issues and providing timely resolutions.- **Vacation Management**: Manage vacation schedules and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.- **Team Integration & Development**: Promote internal communication, team building, and employee development initiatives to strengthen the company culture.- **Work Environment & Organizational Climate**: Foster a positive work environment and monitor the organizational climate, implementing actions for continuous improvement.- **Availability for Travel**: Must be available to travel as needed to support company needs.**Skills and Qualifications**:- **Fluent in English (100% proficiency)** - both written and spoken.- **Experience in HR management, recruitment, and operations.**:- **Strong interpersonal skills** and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.- **Experience in managing payroll processes** with external vendors.- **Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Mexico**.- **Proven ability to lead a team** and manage HR staff effectively.- **Adaptability and a proactive approach** to improve HR processes and practices.**Working Hours and Conditions**:- **100% in-person work** (Monday to Friday).- **Flexible hours**: Either from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.**Compensation and Benefits**:- **Salary**: MXN $45,000 - MXN $50,000 gross per month.- **Superior Benefits**: Additional benefits beyond the legal requirements.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 17/02/2025
