At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Instructional Designer****Responsibilities**- Support the design and development of a range of learning experiences, including: video-based, HTML, instructor-led, blended learning solutions.- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project updates and status.- Design and implement learning content using tools like Google Workspace (Google’s productivity suite), Evolvel, and Rise**Qualifications**- 3-5 years experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g. instructor-led training, elearning, microlearning).- BA/BS degree in Learning Design, Creative Writing, English, Education, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Exceptional written communication and editing skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to make complex technical concepts clear, concise, and easily understandable.- Experience with Evolve, and other eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate Rise).- 1-2 years experience in video editing, including familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar tools.- Strong consulting and relationship management skills, and a track record of delivery and impact.- Knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs.- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.- Ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations.**Why Cognizant?**- Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide_- Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans_- Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package_- Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies_- We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment_- We invest in people and their wellbeing. _- We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
