Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference- Implement and maintain food safety systems such as HACCP and FSSC 22000.- Oversee and ensure compliance with prerequisite programs (PRPs).- Deliver training sessions on food safety protocols to both internal and external personnel.- Monitor and evaluate food safety practices across operations.- Support internal audits and prepare documentation for external inspections.- Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety standards are met.- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the food safety management system.What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.- Proven experience in implementing HACCP and FSSC 22000 systems.- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.- Experience managing and auditing prerequisite programs (PRPs).- Skilled in delivering training and building awareness on food safety topics.- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and food safety management tools.How Would You Stand Out?- Certification in HACCP, FSSC 22000, or other food safety standards.- Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Why Choose Us?- Structured onboarding process to ensure a successful start.- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.- Career growth and internal mobility programs.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
