We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a wide range of science-based solutions. **IFF Tlalnepantla **is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Technical Information team as an Analyst. In this role, you will be creating and updating the Inspection plan in SAP for raw material with a team responsible of the religious management (Kosher and Halal): To coordinate the Rabbi visit and audits, Follow up in Digital Kosher for approvals.**Specific Duties Include**:- Tariff classification in Mexico- Clarification of nutritional calculations- Rabbis management- Answer customer's nutritional and food safety requirements- Knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Normativity for Quality and Food Safety or documents creation**Job Requirements**:**Job Requirements**- Bachelor´s Degree on Chemistry, Biology, Food industry Related or 3 year of experience on Food industry- Strong written and verbal communication skills English and Spanish- Team player- Self-starter with good organizational skills- Strong planning, prioritization, and scheduling skills. Organized.- Ability to problem solve- Ability to communicate in both written and verbal format English and Spanish- Bias for action- SAP and Office
