This role combines analytical, financial, and procurement knowledge to provide data-driven insights that support strategic sourcing decisions and track financial performance metrics.****Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings- Develop and maintain procurement analytics dashboards and reports- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics- Conduct spend analysis and create detailed spending reports- Track and analyze productivity measures and financial KPIs- Perform cost-benefit analyses for procurement decisions- Create financial models to forecast procurement spending- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations for deviations- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement operations- Support strategic sourcing initiatives with data-driven recommendations- Validate and maintain data quality in procurement systems- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management- Assist in process improvement initiatives through data analysis**What will you need to succeed?**- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field- At least 6 months/1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in procurement or supply chain- Proven experience in tracking and analyzing productivity metrics- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is desirable- Experience with SQL and data management- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R)- Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics- Financial skills as a: Budget management and tracking, cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, variance analysis, productivity metrics development and monitoring, ROI calculation and anaysis, etc.**Competences**:- Strong communication skills- Analytical thinking- Problem-solving ability- Team collaboration**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement****Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon
