**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**Tech Mahindra está buscando agentes de servicio al cliente con experiência en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.**Actividades**:- Voice: Billing, Customer service, Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.**Requerimientos**:- 6 meses de experiências ó 1 año en call center o Atencion a clientes (Lunes a Domingo, con 2 descansos entre semana)- Nível avanzado de ingles conversacional- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo Ventana de servicio de 10:00 am a 19:00 pm- Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)**Ingreso 16 de diciembre 2024****Sitio ubicado en Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX**- Actividad:Presencial, Jornada Lunes a domingo con descansos entre semana de 10:00 a 19:00 hrs.- Programa de capacitación: de 8:00 AM a 17:00 PM- Lunes viernes, una vez en Nesting será lunes a domingo con descansos entre semana.Propuesta:- Salario base de $ 18,599 MXN promedio mensual.
