We value and share a range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.**The Opportunity**:Mattel is currently seeking a Sr Associate Brand & Product Development temporary role**What Your Impact Will Be**- This position requires strategic conversation with key stakeholders like Partners, GBT, agencies, etc.- Highly analytic profile to deliver brand and product management, detect risk and opportunities in the Vehicle and Construction category.- Create and execute LATAM´s strategy for 2025 and beyond to continue accelerating our Business.- Ensure execution of key mkt milestones.- Market and competition analysis to deliver the correct portofolio to the competitive landscape.- Key GBT milestones as BDOs, SILRs, IRLS, GBR, AOP, April Fcst, July Fcst, Oct Fcst, LRGs and on going conversation with global teams.- MKT plan and long term vision- Key projects and launches**What We’re Looking For**:- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves- Results oriented- Marketing experience at least 3 years.- Analytical and numerical skills- Ability to generate insights and strategies- Problem-solving orientation.- Understanding the business and oriented to results.- Teamwork- Strong Microsoft Excel skills- Self-Starter- Self-managed**How We Work**We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower generations to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
