As a **Sr. Associate Brand Manager **you will assist the Portfolio Manager to implement the Ready To Eat Cereal strategy and plans, supporting the development and execution. Also, you will develop business reviews and recommend action plans to tackle business needs.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Understands consumers, shoppers and customers insights and capitalize knowledge to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.- Assists the Portfolio Manager in the execution of communication and media plans, working with the Advertising and Public Relations Agencies, to ensure the clear and efficient communication of the advertising message.- Assists the Portfolio Manager in the execution of the innovation plan to ensure the flawless implementation of innovation initiatives.- Closely monitors and analyzes financial performance, market share trends and competitive activity.- Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- 5+ years of business experience either in Marketing and other Business Administration related areas.- University degree in Business Administration or related field.- Demonstrated business planning, project management & implementation skills.- Abilities for decision making, team work and service attitude.- Knowledge of Marketing strategies, Shopper Activation, Route to Market and Media- Experience in Nielsen, Kantar or related.**WHAT’S NEXT****ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
