Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements. Conduct regular quality evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations. Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the team follows all relevant compliance and security protocols, including data protection regulations.
