**What could you do for us?**- Comprehension, alignment, and adaptation from the Business Model- Be the bridge between business IT requirements from our partners and our IT department- Coordinate with other departments from different countries**Education**- IT Bachelor’s degree required- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst- Fluent English and Spanish**Critical skills**- Highly innovative and energetic- High level of detail and organization- Hands-on, flexible, open-minded and inclined to try new things- A test and learn approach- Enjoy having fun at work- Communication skills and autonomy- Ability to analyze and solve problems- Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to work in a team**Valued skills**- Work experience with people of a different country- Work experience in Insurance or Finance industry- Administration, setup and maintenance of Windows workstations’ devices and software: printer, scanner, mail clients, office computer systems, browsers, etc.- Knowledge on information security, networks, databases, firewalls, ftp, monitoring systems- Gathering of requirements, understanding of requirements, specifications, analysis, design, and development of Web Projects- Tests and Quality Control.
