Directs and coordinates the activities of procurement personnel in accordance with delivery requirements and quality specifications.What a day at work is like:- Review of shorts for CTB (Clear to Build).- Follow up of POs.- Performs weekly shorts report.- Prepares instructions regarding purchasing systems and procedures.- Establishes goals and objectives for the purchasing department.- Develops policies and procedures for the operation of purchasing activities.- Manage and lead a team of buyers and shippers to meet purchasing and supplier management objectives.- Interact with purchasing groups to update and maintain company purchasing strategies.- Implement processes with suppliers to improve on-time delivery and purchase price variation.- Oversee team in supply chain management to achieve continuous and timely supply of parts and services.- Prepares, approves and issues purchase orders and change notices through subordinates.- Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.- Monitors on-time deliveries from suppliers, stock rotation, MRP execution, purchase price variation, lead time reduction, supplier performance and cost analysis.- Acts as first point of contact with suppliers and communicates all unresolved issues to the Purchasing Manager.Experience we are looking to add to our team:- Completed Engineering or bachelor’s degree.- Advanced English- With experience in the electronics industry- Advanced Excel.- BaaN knowledge- Knowledge in Agile would be a plus.- Experience in personnel management.What you will receive for the great work you do:- Competitive Salary.- Medical and life insurance.- Christmas bonus.- Food vouchers.- Savings Fund.YG20Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
