Our people are at the heart of our success, and we are passionate about attracting and developing top talent across the globe.**What will you do?**- Supervise and coordinate distribution center activities, including inbound, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.- Lead distribution center associates to ensure efficiency and meet customer demand.- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards.**How will you do it?**- Monitor inventory accuracy and address variances through data analysis and corrective actions.- Support resource allocation to balance workload and meet customer expectations.- Oversee the operation of material handling equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.- Promote safe working conditions and adherence to company policies and procedures.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of shipping experience or associate degree with 6 years of shipping experience or equivalent combination.- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.- Experience with SAP (desirable).- Availability to work 1st shift (3:00 pm - 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am - Rotating).- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.- Data-driven, hands-on approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills.**What do we offer?**- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Supportive and inclusive work environment.- Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.- Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.**Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion**, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.
