Intel Training and Events Specialist

Intel's Data Center Platform Application Engineering (DCPAE) learning, events, and communications team seek an enthusiastic self-starter.This role is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of event planning, logistics support, and training while working from the Guadalajara, Mexico office. This position is a professional internship, and you will work independently and with a team to fulfill organizational goals related to training and events. This internship is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in learning more about project management and instructional design and offers exciting hands-on experience with the opportunity to gain new skills.**While responsibilities can vary from day to day, duties may include the following, but are not limited to**:- Track attendance and survey data across all training and events in a central database.- Manage training sessions - track attendance, introduce the presenter, administer the survey, monitor audience questions.- Maintain contact lists and customer registration for events.- Assist with the end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events.- Entry-level multimedia tasks - web editing, video production, virtual course development.**Behavioral traits**:- Possess advanced communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.- Self-starter, good time management skills, creative.- Willing to communicate in a professional manner.- Willing to work well independently (this position is in Guadalajara, but the team is in the US).- Commitment to the continuous improvement of our customers and their training needs.- Detail-oriented, goal oriented and multitasking skills.
