Proporciona ingeniería y soporte de red de nível 3.Este puesto interactuará con frecuencia con gerentes, clientes y grupos de pares funcionales.Debe participar en equipos de apoyo multifuncional. Debe tener una capacidad demostrada para manejar múltiples proyectos y tareas de alta visibilidad.Debe poder comunicarse efectivamente en inglés tanto verbalmente como por escrito.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Participar en el control de cambios, aceptación de producción y coordinación con el Equipo de Ingeniería del Cliente.- Ayudar con la planificación, asistir a reuniones de soporte programadas, instalar y configurar dispositivos antes de la instalación.- Realizar pruebas y puesta en marcha de toda la infraestructura de red.- Actualizar la documentación de la red que resulte de los cambios relacionados.- Dirigir las manos inteligentes necesarias según se requiera, después de la instalación y durante el proceso de prueba/validación.- Realizará otras tareas que se le asignen.Habilidades críticas- Más de 8 años de experiência en diseño de redes- Experiência de nível experto con enrutadores y conmutadores de Cisco, incluida la plataforma Nexus.- Conocimiento de los protocolos de enrutamiento: BGP, OSPF y EIGRP; BGP y OSPF críticos.- Experiência con plataforma Cisco Viptela SD-WAN- Experiência con Cisco Wireless.- Excelentes habilidades de solución de problemas- Gran conocimiento de las tecnologías relacionadas con LAN: STP, VLAN, HSRP, VTP, etc.- Conocimiento profundo de TCP/IP- Conocimiento técnico práctico de HTTP/S, DNS, POP, SMTP, FTP, SNMP, TACACs+, Servidores proxy, etc.- Excelentes habilidades de cara al cliente y capacidad para proporcionar diseños y propuestas de ingeniería técnica avanzada a clientes empresariales- Altamente motivado y autodirigido, con gran atención a los detalles- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas comprobadas- Experiência trabajando en un ambiente colaborativo y orientado al equipo Conocimientos y habilidades adicionales- Certificación CCNPEducación deseada Título de 4 años en ciencias de la computación o campo relacionado o experiência laboral equivalenteOfrecemos:- Sueldo base competitivo- Prestaciones de ley y superiores- Trabajo remoto
