If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, FORVIA is the place to be.**We are looking for a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR to be part of our team.****The main missions of this role are**:- To ensure proper flow of work in plant including breakdowns, projects and routine assigned PM’s.- To implement and suggest continuous improvement ideas concerning safety and overall plant operations while inputting feedback as a member of the Faurecia Team.- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools.**You are going to need these qualifications**:- Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor in automotive industry.- Experience with Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and MIG/MAG, Spot, Projection and Laser welding equipment.- Problem solving, leadership and decision making skills.- Strong written and oral communications skills- Advanced English skillsFaurecia is an equal opportunity employeer.
