Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this position, you will be the expert in delivering competitive bids, estimates and quotes to customers for automation systems projects in Process Automation Process Industries area in Mexico. In this role your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning.**This position reports to**:Business Controller**Your responsibilities**:- Formulates competitive bids/estimates/quotations, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial consideration for each individual situation.- Ensure tender are well documented in a timely manager and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate cost.- Manages the preparation for all technical, financial and if necessary, project management aspect of the bid/estimate/quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.- Ensures that input for editing activities is provided on time and according to established quality procedures.- Manages external services to support bid/estimation preparation such as translation and governmental approvals.- Collect and archive documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taking during development process.- Identifies potential risks on the bid, quotation, and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels.- Establishes and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.- Provide any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree In. Electrical, Industrial or Electronic.- 4+ years of experience as Proposal Engineer.- Knowledge and experience in Automation Systems (System 800xA, AC800M, S800I/O, Compact HMI).- Travel Availability (national and international) - Valid visa and passport.- Experience in Data Center, F&B, cement, metals or HPR Industries is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.- Management of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce is desirable.- Advanced English level is a must.**More about us**:
