Overview Únete a la gran familia de Hoteles Camino Real, estamos en reclutamiento: ESPECIALISTA FRONT OPERA Tu objetivo principal será: Gestionar y administrar la instalación, configuración, manteniendo y brindando soporte de aplicaciones hoteleras operativas y administrativas. Responsabilidades Auditar y gestionar la utilidad de los datos (PMS, BI y CRM) PMS + MÓDULOS: Atender auditorias internas - Definir y automatizar métricas y KPIs - Políticas PCI - Crear y actualizar políticas - Coordinar pruebas funcionales - Configurar nuevas propiedades - Capacitar nuevos usuarios en: PMS, S&C, SFA, CRM, interfaces (OXI/ RATE TIGER) - Proveer soporte Nivel 3. BI: Auditar consistencia de datos PMS-BI. CRM: Ejecutar la función de líder operativo & master user - Generar métricas comerciales - Capacitar y evaluar usuarios - Configurar la información básica del sistema - Dar soporte y Mantenimiento Nivel 1 - 2, escalación con proveedor. Requisitos Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Hotelería o afín. Experiencia en Operación Hotelera - Aplicaciones Hoteleras - Auditorias - BI - Operación y Mantenimiento de Sistemas de Reservaciones Digitales - Capacitación operativa PMS Conocimiento Operación Hotelera OPERA PMS, S&C, SFA, CRM, interfaces (OXI / RATE TIGER) KPIs comerciales, financieros, operativos y administrativos. Capacitación Gestión de proyectos de actualización y nuevas integraciones sistema Hotelero Opera. Ofrecemos Salario competitivo Prestaciones de ley.
