**JOIN COMPUTACENTER AS A CONTRACT REPORTING SPEACILIST**At Computacenter Mexico, we are a global leader in technology services and solutions.We work with some of the world’s largest companies, helping them optimize their operations with world-class IT support.With a presence in multiple countries and a culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and professional development, we offer a dynamic environment where everyone can contribute their value and grow.**SHIFT**100% ON SITE in our Reforma OfficeMonday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**POSITION OVERVIEW**:**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to state agencies in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state-specific formats and deadlines.- Monitor and document reporting activities for audits and regulatory reviews.- Track reporting calendars and regulatory changes that may impact compliance.- Maintain a repository of submitted reports and related support documentation.- Process purchase orders and sales orders using internal systems.- Follow up on sales and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, compliance, or related field.- 2 + years of experience in compliance, reporting, administrative support, or contract management.- Strong understanding of state reporting requirements and commercial documentation processes.- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.- **Proficiency in Excel.**:- **Advanced English.****WHAT WE OFFER**:- Legal and superior benefits.- 5 % of Savings fund- Double Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)- Life insurance and major medical insurance.- Grocery and restaurant vouchers.and more...Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
