The People Team is at the forefront of these endeavors, playing a crucial role in nurturing a culture where the business and our employees win.Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Sr. People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position is part of the People Services team, which designs and operates the systems and infrastructure to deliver an outstanding employee experience. The Sr. People Generalist will be the main point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests through fulfillment and will partner with our global team(s) to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner. You will be expected to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and great stakeholder management skills.**Key Responsibilities**- You will support employees by being the first point of contact with information related to benefits, onboarding, payroll, etc.- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes.- You will assist with programs that reach all employees, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing the best work.- We strive for continuous improvement of ourselves and the experience we create for our stunning colleagues. You will have the opportunity to learn new tools and techniques that can then be applied to simplify, optimize and automate work across our People team.- Help create, author, and manage our HR knowledge base.- Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-hire to off-boarding).- They will work with the operations leader to support, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.- Performs other responsibilities as directed**Skills & Qualifications**- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field.- Minimum of 5+ years as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.- Experience as a user of HR tools (Workday, JIRA, Google Suite, Confluence, etc.)- Unfazed. You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- You have experience creating and developing processes and documentation (SOP).- You have a high sense of urgency and customer focus.- You’re proficient in tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency.**Preferred Qualifications**- Knowledge and experience with EMEA or LATAM statutory regulations and implementations.- Proficient in multiple languages (both verbal and written)- All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
