This is a multi-jurisdictional role that will provide a diverse range of work in a fast-paced environment, enable you to share and enhance existing technology law experience, and the opportunity to develop new skills. As Legal Counsel, you will be part of the legal team in Mexico and will be responsible for all aspects of the legal function in Mexico, including providing both day-to-day and strategic legal support for labor and employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of Luxoft in Mexico.You will also have transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on deals and provide ongoing legal advice to senior executives and business team members.This position is a good fit for someone looking for a challenging opportunity at a global, fast-moving, demanding and results-oriented company.**Skills**:Must have- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.- Strong communication and organizational skills, including clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent legal drafting, research, and negotiating skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet critical deadlines with little supervision.- Ability to learn quickly and combine knowledge with commercial acumen to support business growth in Brazil.- Ability to assess and explain a broad range of legal concepts to business executives, build consensus across business units, think creatively, and collaborate with other executives to address business needs.Nice to have- A solutions-oriented team player who can effectively collaborate and build relationships with attorneys, business teams and other corporate departments throughout the organization.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with people from different backgrounds, experience and locations at all levels.- Sound judgement, high integrity, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts or disagreements.- Professional demeanor, positive and service-oriented attitude.Languages**Spanish**: C2 Proficient**Portuguese**: C1 Advanced**English**: C1 AdvancedSenioritySeniorVacancy SpecializationLegal CounselRef NumberVR-79849
