**Sales Consultant - B2B Service (US Market)****About the role**- Serve inbound leads, qualify their needs, guide them through the sales process, negotiate and close deals.- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure client return rate.- Collaborate with the project managers and production team in Asia and Europe to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and project files on our in-house developed CRM system (G-One) and server.**Requirements**:- Excellent communication skills in English is a must- Previous experience in the language service industry is a strong advantage.- Otherwise, proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 02 years of working experience in a sales role within a service business, IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology industry is required.- Experience working with US clients. Excellent in cross-cultural communication.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Result-oriented.
