**Responsibilities**The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to the following responsibilities:- Design and develop analytical solutions to address a spectrum of business challenges, focusing on user acquisition and engagement for state-of-the-art digital offerings- Translate business requirements into actionable analyses and effectively communicate complex data-driven findings to a diverse audience through compelling visuals and presentations- Perform cohort studies and event impact assessments to analyze outcomes of event interventions using statistical methods.- Manage large datasets using most recent technologies- Continuously improve processes with focus on automation and partner with different teams to develop system capability- Partner with consultants /project leads to understand business briefs and execute analyses ensuring high quality, on-time delivery- Communicate effectively with the client to understand their changing requirements & business landscape or present insights (need driven)- Deliver informative and well-organized deliverables- Evaluate new data sources, conduct research to assist in solving business problems- Multi country / companies’ interactions with team and the Client is daily- Partner with the Senior Consultant to manage the timeline and delivery schedule for the projects facing the client directly- Program Management: Lead and manage the technical delivery of analytical solutions, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks.- Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques etc.)- Take part in organizational development activities to take our organization to the next level**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst- Experience in FMCG or Retail field is mandatory- Strong experience executing Data analysis in Excel (mandatory) ▪ Advanced English is mandatory- Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL- Strong experience building storytelling and showing insights in PPT (mandatory)- Strong experience in PowerBI is a plus- Experience working in the analytics field and IA is a plus- Excellent analytical skills and should be a problem solver- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude and to follow up on obtaining data, information, or validations from the client- Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python is a plus**Details**- Hybrid in CDMX (3 days on-site and 2 days home office)- 2 DP days- 5 extra vacation daysTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $27,000.00 - $37,000.00 al mesExperiência:- Business Analyst: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Microsoft Excel: 3 años (Deseable)- SQL: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11560, Colonia Polanco, CDMX
