Business Management Analyst

We are seeking a talented **Business Management Analyst**to join our Business Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.**We will count you on to**:- Support senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.- Prepare, analyze, and present reports on business performance, operational metrics, invoicing, billing with vendors, and project status to inform decision-making.- Manage operational metrics, ensure accurate invoicing and billing processes with vendors, and resolve related issues.- Lead or support key projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.- Act as a liaison between senior leadership, teams, and external partners, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.- Monitor compliance with policies and regulations, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.**What you need to have**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or related fields.- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.- Advanced to fluent English.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.- Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and billing/invoicing processes.**What makes you stand out**:- Previous experience in similar business analysis, operational management, or vendor billing roles.- Knowledge of additional analysis or project management software.- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.**Why join our team**:- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
