Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Manage Supplier Master Database across SAP system that covers 3 separate ABB Business units, however, share common business platforms related to ERP / Payment systems and processes. Be a leader of a small team to mentor and develop talent. Manage teams daily task load as well as identify how to manage strategic business objectives.**This position reports to**:Procurement Delivery Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Keep track of daily issues and monitor if specific issues are rising, decreasing, analyze were we need to focus more/less.- Coordinate/Implement cross hubs some Initiatives, Ariba SCC, Ariba Onboarding process, EOM Payment Terms, Celonis, Clean Up PO, etc.- Resolution of Invoices on hold, overpayment, discounts, remittances.- Approve/Reject access; Support on portal issues; Provide trainings.- Provide trainings/user guides to vendors as well to internal teams (Payment Resolution Tools, Vendor Portals, Tickets, AP issues).**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in similar position.- Knowledge of SAP Torque - Supplier Net.- 1-2 years of leadership experience.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
