**Your Job****Our Team**Our team, HR Admin, is a new addition to Koch Global Services. We support Local HR with their tasks by taking care of the HR backend processes. We also improve the processes, technology, and capabilities that Local HR needs to focus on strategy and PBM culture.We handle transactional assistance for Local HR in payroll system, myHR, Major Medical Insurance, and social security. These are services that Local HR used to do, but using our comparative advantage we are able to process in mass for them.**What You Will Do**- Support HR located mainly across LATAM with back-end processes such as hire, contracts, terminations, work related information modification on the different systems (MyHR, IDSE, SAP, Eslabón etc).- Ensure that all entered transactions adhere to local laws and compliance commitments, while maintaining a timely communication for the transactions on the systems across the organizations.- Build relationships with customers, team members, partners and other key constituencies through results and strong collaboration ability.- Responsible and accountable for maintaining confident and sensitive information by elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.- Handle projects and other temporary workloads such as Unemployment.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience in a business-related role (HR, accounting, finance, IT, credit, risk, sales, marketing, supply chain/logistics, engineering, etc.) working in a team environment, building relationships and executing results.- Ability to handle with high attention to detail transactions involving sensitive information with high impact.- Experience using Microsoft office suite of products to collaborate, create presentations, develop and manipulate spreadsheets and develop communications.- Experience in a fast-paced work environment in which you had to manage multiple, often competing priorities.- High Attention to detail & Critical thinking- Fluent/Proficient in English**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience in a human resources role such as payroll, benefits, HR, etc.- Experience on IMSS or IDSE Cloud.- Experience with HCM softwares.- Experience working in a shared service organization in an execution-focused role.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
