Our mission is to democratize financial services to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or economic standing, has access to affordable, convenient, and secure products and services to take control of their financial lives.**Job Description**:**Your way to impact**:**Your day to day**In your day to day role you will:- ** Scope Definition**:Define scope and requirements for projects and identify objectives and KPIs / Metrics- ** Resource Management**:Ensure resource availability and allocation, including contractors across creative and engineering domains- ** Planning and Project **Scheduling**:Develop an approach and a high-level plan with key milestones in alignment with business objectives. Establish a detailed project schedule that details related tasks, resources and dependencies- ** Project Execution Management and Change Management**:Manage the digital projects across phases and stages of delivery. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Identify risks, devise a plan for risk migration, and manage risk during project- ** Stakeholder Management**: Stakeholder and leadership communication including ongoing and one-off meetings and presentations**What do you need to bring**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field- 2-5 years of experience as a Web Producer or as a Program / Project Manager with digital content / Ecommerce Website delivery- Excellent verbal and written communications, as well as strong organizational skills- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity- Knowledge of and experience with Project Management and execution tools (e.g. Clarizen, Jira, Confluence) and methodologies including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusOur Benefits:At PayPal, we’re committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
